Utah Jazz players Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell and Joe Ingles, to go along with Indiana Pacers’ Myles Turner, were fined by the NBA due to their on-court altercations on Thursday.

In the post-game, Turner said Gobert started the fight, blaming the French for knocking him to the ground first.

“In this situation, I had to fend for myself,” Turner said. “I don’t think I did anything wrong. But this is not for me to decide. We’ll talk to the league and see what happens from there. “

Mitchell, meanwhile, blamed the missed calls for the physicality, which made them frustrated and do the altercation.

“All of this could have been avoided – just draw the line early and don’t let it build up throughout the game,” Mitchell said.

The two teams are set for a regular season rematch in Indianapolis on January 8.
