Panathinaikos will be the team that will face PAOK in  the Greek Cup semi-final after the final decision taken by Supreme Council of Sport Dispute Resolution. The game that was played between the two rivals ended with the “Greens” taking the win 77-76, but Olympiacos claimed that Dimitris Giannakopoulos was in the stands despite his punishment and they won the game outside the courts. However Panathinaikos did not accept that and got the case to Supreme Council of Sport Dispute Resolution that earlier this morning (13/2) gave justice to the Greek Champions.

After that turn of events, the drama comes to an end while the semi-final will most possibly be played next weekend. Apollon Patras is already waiting since they beat AENK, but there is still an issue to be solved. If PAOK promotes to the final, things will proceed as they were planned, but if Panathinaikos does, it is unknown when the Title game will be played, since there is no other available date, and straight after the end of Euroleague’s Top-16, the play-offs will start and it is likely that Ivanovic’s team will have a spot.
