Russell Westbrook played his best game with the Los Angeles Lakers yet. The 32-year-old point guard finished the game against the Sacramento Kings with 18 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals in 29 minutes of play.

Unlike his previous games with the Lakers, Westbrook was more focused on scoring. After the game, he was asked whether that was because of what the opposing defense allowed him to do or if he wanted to be more aggressive.

“Combination of both,” former NBA MVP said. “If it’s one-on-one, then I like my chances against anybody. If they’re going to guard me like that, then it’s my job to be able to make the right play, attack, use my size and my strength to get to where I need to get to.”
