Kent Bazemore has agreed to a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2021/22 season.

The deal is for one season and Bazemore joins the Lakers to fight for the chanpionship.

At the same time, the veteran forward believes he will have a significant role with the Lakers next year.

That’s why he turned down more lucrative offers (from the Warriors), per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Following the trade of Russell Westbrook, the Lakers are signing veteran players and have already agreed to deals with Dwight Howard and Trevor Ariza.
