Fenerbahce is very close to hiring Sasha Djordjevic as the new head coach of the club for the 2021/22 season.
According to TrendBasket, Fenerbahce and Djordjevic are in advanced talks and a deal between the two sides will happen soon.
Djordjevic was a free agent, after parting ways with Italian League champion Virtus Bologna.
For its part, Fenerbahce parted ways with head coach Igor Kokoskov on Tuesday, with the Serbian coach set to join the Dallas Mavericks as an assistant coach.
