Kawhi Leonard is expected to sign a new contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Leonard has a player option for the 2021/22 season and is set to opt out of his current contract and seek a new deal.
Even though he has been linked to several teams in case he becomes a free agent, Leonard is expected to remain with the Clippers, per Wojnarowski.
The NBA superstar will miss several months of action, after undergoing ACL surgery a couple of weeks ago.
