Jason Kidd had nothing but good words to say about the relationship between Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis.
According to Kidd, Porzingis is ‘a perfect fit’ for Doncic and is expected to be a different player next season.
“We’re excited about KP being healthy. I think he’s excited, ready to work, and I think you’re going to see a different KP. I think he’s been unfairly maligned. During the playoffs, he did exactly what he was asked to do. Exactly,” Jason Kidd, the new head coach of the Mavericks said, via Callie Caplan of Dallas News.
Porzingis has not lived up to the expectations so far, but Dallas management believes things will become better under Kidd.
