Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving will miss Game 5 on June 15 against the Milwaukee Bucks with a sprained right ankle, head coach Steve Nash announced.

Nash also mentioned that Irving had an MRI and he has “no idea” whether or not Irving will be able to return in the series.

Irving suffered the injury in Game 4 after he landed on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s foot following a shot attempt.

The 29-year-old left the arena on crutches and was wearing a walking boot after the game.

As for James Harden, he is currently working out with his right hamstring tightness, but will remain out for Game 5.

Missing Irving and Harden is a tough blow to the Nets who have championship aspirations, as the Bucks have rallied back to even the series at 2-2.

Kevin Durant will be the only one of the Nets’ “Big 3” to play.

“I picture me doing everything out there just like I do every night,” Durant said about his role in Game 5.

The Nets will also need players like Blake Griffin, Joe Harris and Bruce Brown to help Durant carry the load.
