When Kyrie Irving suffered an ankle injury during Game 4 between the Nets and the Bucks, several NBA peers quickly blamed Giannis Antetokounmpo after putting his foot on Irving’s landing space.

However, Brooklyn head coach does not believe the Greek Freak had ill intention towards Kyrie as his stepped in the restricted area to secure a rebound after the Nets’ superstar miss.

Kyrie Irving has already been ruled out from Game 5 of the series, which is a frustrating development considering the fact that James Harden is also out with an injury.

The Nets will have to rely on Kevin Durant to take over on the offensive end as Steve Nash’s team will have the two of the next three games of the series in Brooklyn.
