Skip Bayless found the chance to get on Twitter and talked about his favorite topic, after the Lakers’ loss to the Washington Wizards. The well-known TV persona urged LeBron James to ‘hurry back from his vacation’.
The Lakers could not handle the duo of Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal, who led the Wizards to the ninth win in their last 10 games.
Russ had a massive 18-18-14 triple double, while Bradley Beal led the game in scoring with 27 points. The Lakers could not find any answers against Washington’s dynamic duo despite Anthony Davis’ 26-point performance.
The team is still missing LeBron James, who is sidelined with a high ankle sprain. The Lakers’ superstar missed the last 21 games of his team with the LA franchise recording just eight wins during that span.
With 10 games remaining for the end of the regular season, the Lakers will need to put together a good string of performances to avoid the play-in tournament with or without LeBron.
