The Los Angeles Lakers snapped a three-game losing streak by defeating the Orlando Magic 114-103. It was the third game for Anthony Davis, who returned from a calf injury.

The 28-year-old forward played 31 minutes as he scored 18 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 3 assists. After the win, he talked about the Lakers using games like this to build team chemistry.

“Second quarter was terrible on both ends of the floor,” Davis referred to the 2nd quarter, which the Lakers lost by 18 points. “We’re still trying to figure things out.

Like you said, to be able to blow that lead and then still be able to win this game, still be able to figure it out on the fly, in-game adjustments and everything like that it’s a good sign.

“We’re still competing on both ends of the floor. This team made some tough shots. It’s always tough to win in this league, especially when we’re trying to build our chemistry. So it kind of puts us behind the eight ball even more. We’re still figuring it out and the good thing about it we’re able to get a win while doing so.

“But it’ll come around. We’re gonna use these last, I think we have 11 games left now, to continue to try to figure that chemistry out and do it while we’re getting wins as well.”
