Marc Gasol has no plans to leave the Los Angeles Lakers before the end of the 2020/21 season.

Gasol made it clear he remains ‘committed’ to the Lakers, despite the drop in his playing time.

“Things can change quickly in the NBA as they have changed for me. I’m committed to this team. It’s a hard pill to swallow because I know I’m going to be out of the lineup. But we’ll see.

Things get thrown you and you have to adapt as quick as possible. It is what it is,” Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation reports.

Gasol had three points, nine rebounds and six assists in almost 29 minutes of action in the 115-94 win over the Sacramento Kings.

However, he is expected to be out of Lakers rotation once Andre Drummond returns to action.
