Dennis Schroder addressed the possibility of re-signing with the Lakers and remaining with the defending champions long term.

Schroder said he doesn’t know what is going to happen with his extension, but wants it to be fair.

“At the end of the day, I want to be a Laker for a long time. But I’ve always said I want it to be fair. I don’t know what’s going to happen.

But I don’t want to think about it too much and not play the right way as well,” Schroder told reporters, via Kyle Goon of Southern California News Group.

Schroder has been one of the best Lakers players this season, while NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski believes the Lakers should give Schroder more than $20M a year to re-sign him.
