Caris LeVert is close to his debut with the Indiana Pacers, which could happen in the coming days.
LeVert joined the Pacers via a trade from the Brooklyn Nets and underwent successful kidney surgery in late January.
The versatile guard has joined the practices of Indiana and head coach Nate Bjorkgren said his debut with the team is close.
“Caris LeVert played in practice today. He’s getting closer and closer, it won’t be too much longer. I think there’s a chance we may see him,” said Bjorkgren, via the Pacers official Twitter account.
Starting from Friday against the Lakers, the Pacers will be on a three-game road trip and LeVert could be in the lineup.
