The New York Knicks were handed a heavy loss by the San Antonio Spurs, 119-93. Tim Thibodeau, the head coach of the Knicks, thought his team deserved to lose, due to not playing well enough.

“Obviously we can play our best and when you’re on the road, you gotta play well for 48 minutes. If you didn’t do that and close out the second quarter well, then start the third well, you get what you deserve,” Thibodeau said after the game.

The Knicks are now 6th in the Eastern Conference with 18 wins and 18 defeats. Their next game is against the Pistons on Thursday.
