The Los Angeles Lakers will be missing key players on Saturday against the Miami Heat but so will their opponents.
The reigning NBA champions will be without Anthony Davis and Dennis Schroder, while the Heat will miss Goran Dragic, Avery Bradley, Meyers Leonard and Chris Silva, per Anthony Chiang.
The two teams enter a repeat of the 2020 NBA Finals being in two different situations. While the Lakers are second in the Western Conference and aiming for the first place, Miami is 10th in the East struggling to break into the top 8.
For the Lakers superstar LeBron James, this game will be no different from another regular season game, though. According to him, the situation is different from the Orlando bubble.
