The Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis will be out of action for four weeks due to an Achilles injury. After the Lakers were defeated by the Brooklyn Nets, LeBron James was asked what his thoughts are about this upcoming period.
“I really haven’t even thought that far to be honest, Bill. I’m taking it day-by-day,” the four-time NBA champion said. “We play every other day so I don’t have the opportunity to look four weeks ahead. It wouldn’t be adequate for myself or for our ball club. I have to stay in the moment.
“I’m starting prepare myself already to get ready for Saturday’s matchup with Miami. Just keep my focus that way. Stay low and keep firing. I haven’t even thought that far down of what it looks like four weeks from now.”
