Kyle Kuzma is getting more and more comfortable with his role on the Los Angeles Lakers. The 25-year-old forward is finding ways to contribute without scoring many points. He was praised by head coach Frank Vogel as well as superstar teammate Anthony Davis.

“Made a jump … his value for our team has grown even from last year until now … he brings that spark for us … we love him here, we’re very happy to have him here,” Davis said of Kuzma, after his 20-point performance against the Memphis Grizzlies, per Mike Trudell.

This season, Kuzma is averaging 10.7 points, six rebounds and 1.1 assists per game, which is his lowest number in terms of scoring since entering the NBA. The 2018-2019 season was his best in terms of individual numbers as he averaged 18.7 points per game.
