The Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel placed Kyle Kuzma in place of Anthony Davis when the star had to leave Game 4 due to a groin injury.

Dave McMenamin of ESPN asked Vogel to talk about Kuzma’s performance and whether he intends to use him as replacement for Davis if he’s not ready to go in Game 5.

“Do you think I’m going to give you the direction I’m going to go in Game 5? I’m not going to give you the direction I’m going to go in Game 5,” Vogel responded.

“Kuz played well. He missed a few plays here and there. But his energy is always a positive for us. His positivity and just activity with how hard he plays is always a positive for us. So I was pleased with how he stepped up in AD’s absence.”
