Tyronn Lue addressed the foot injury of Clippers superstar Paul George, who will miss the game against the Boston Celtics on Friday.
Lue said he expects George to miss time, yet there is still no timetable for his return to action.
“We’re going to miss him. Wish him a speedy recovery as we try to figure out [more about the injury.]… I’m not really sure when he started feeling it. I’m just hoping we get him back soon,” Lue told reporters, via Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.
George is dealing with a swelling in the bone of the toe.
