Andrew Wiggins is finding himself in a new role at the Golden State Warriors. The former number one draft pick is usually considered an offensive threat, but now he is becoming an elite defender too.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr thinks that Wiggins deserves to be considered for the All-Defensive team inclusion this season.

“He absolutely should be in consideration. The numbers are gonna show up pretty well for him,” Kerr said, per Drew Shiller.

This season, the 25-year-old forward is averaging 17.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.6 blocks and 0.5 steals per game.
