Frank Vogel opened up about the depth of the Los Angeles Lakers roster this season and how he handles it.

Vogel, the head coach of the Lakers, said the depth of the team makes his job difficult, as he tries to ‘keep everybody sharp’.

“It’s a good problem, but it makes my job harder trying to make sure we have appropriate minutes for the abilities of the players that we have & there’s a lot of nights we don’t have appropriate mins for everyone.

That’s part of being on a deep team. Our guys understand that. They’re willing to sacrifice for the betterment of the team & will continue to manage those situations the right way. Just try to keep everybody sharp,” Vogel told reporters, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Daily.

Vogel has created a very deep roster for the Lakers this season and this gives him the opportunity to adopt to the opponents’ different tactics and playing styles.
