Atlanta Hawks swingman Bogdan Bogdanovic went down with a right knee injury against the Charlotte Hornets on Jan. 9.

So far, there has been no official diagnosis, but Bogdanovic was almost immediately ruled out for the rest of the game.

The 28-year-old had to be helped off the court by his teammates and wasn’t able to put much weight on his leg.

The injury occurred when Bogdanovic was running up court with the ball, as he tried to avoid LaMelo Ball who was attempting to reach for the steal.

Bogdanovic went to change direction and got his feet tied up, landing awkwardly on his right leg which buckled underneath him.

The Hawks have been affected by injuries this season, as they are already without Danilo Gallinari, Rajon Rondo, Kris Dunn and rookie Onyeka Okongwu.

In eight games (one start), Bogdanovic was averaging 10.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
