Kyle Kuzma received high praise from the head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, Frank Vogel, for his performance against the Timberwolves.

Kuzma was a starter for the first time this season and scored 20 points (all in the first half), on 8/12 shooting and 4/6 from beyond the arc, in 29 minutes of action.

“Kuz has really become a hell of a player,” Vogel told reporters, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Daily.

As Vogel noted before the game against Minnesota, Kuzma is expected to be a starter whenever LeBron James or Anthony Davis miss a game.
