James Harden has not showed up for individual workouts with the Houston Rockets.
Head coach Stephen Silas is confident, though, Harden will show up for the first team practice on Sunday.
“Rockets star James Harden was not yet in Houston for the team’s individual workouts Thursday, league sources say. New Rockets coach Stephen Silas said this afternoon of Harden that he’s “confident that he’ll be here when we get started”, as Houston’s first practice is Sunday,” Marc Stein of the New York Times reports.
Harden has expressed his desire to join the Brooklyn Nets, but Houston is determined to keep him in the team.
