San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich is famous for his comments. Danny Green revealed the message that Pop sent him after the Los Angeles Lakers won the 2020 NBA championship.
Popovich took a jab at the Lakers susperstar LeBron James and Anthony Davis as he texted Green to tell them to play a little more defense.

When Lakers guard Danny Green won his third championship, he says, his old coach Gregg Popovich sent him a text: “Tell LeBron and AD I said congrats as well, but tell them to play a little more defense.”
