The Houston Rockets are pretty active in the market in hope of reducing their payroll to avoid the luxury tax.
According to ESPN’s Tim MacMahon, the Rockets are looking to trade assets for a late first or an early second pick on Wednesday’s draft.
The report followed the rumors that James Harden wants to leave Houston. Furthermore, it is known for a few days now that Russell Westbrook wants out of the organization.
The franchise could enter the new season in a rebuilding state, after failing to get past the second round of the playoffs last season.
