Just two years after entering the NBA, Luka Doncic is considered a future league’s MVP by many analysts. The 21-year-old star of the Dallas Mavericks is expected to have another monster season.

Former NBA champion Antonio Daniels thinks that great things are ahead for Doncic. He expects the Slovenian sensation to even further grow his stats.

“I think Luka [Doncic] will be the next player in our league to average a triple double over 82 span,” Daniels said on SiriusXM NBA Radio. “As much as he has the basketball in his hands and it’s warranted. Because they’re putting the ball in his hands with his size, his skillset, and his IQ and he makes plays. Period.

“He makes plays. He’s not fast, he’s not athletic, he’s not incredibly agile but he finds a way to create space offensively. And he has swagger. He has stepped into this league with a swagger that no European has stepped into this league with.”

Last season, Doncic averaged 28.8 points, 9.4 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game helping the Mavericks return to the playoffs, where they were knocked out in the first round by the Los Angeles Clippers.
