Former Los Angeles Lakers center DeMarcus Cousins is working on improving his game as he continues his recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear in preseason workouts.
The four-time NBA All-Star joined the Lakers as free agent last summer, but his season ended even before it started due to the ACL tear in August.
“I’m working. I went back in the lab. Critiqued everything about myself. Mindset different. Understanding way beyond what it was before. I’m all around player. I do everything. I can play any position,” Cousins says in a video he tweeted.
“I was one of the originators for bigs that do that. The big men are representing all time high. I’m grateful for that. I just gotta go get what’s mine. That’s all it is. It ain’t nothin’ personal.”
