Erik Spoelstra praised Frank Vogel immediately after the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Miami Heat in the 2020 NBA Finals.
“Hell of a job tonight. Only a few know what that’s like in there,” the head coach of the Heat told the head coach of the Lakers.
For his part, Vogel also had nothing but good words to say to his colleague.
“Crazy respect for you. It’s unbelievable,” Vogel told Spoelstra.
The Lakers claimed the title (4-2) and returned to the top of the NBA after 10 years.
