Anthony Davis reacts to the Lakers’ loss in Game 5: “We still have to recognize that we’re up in the series, and we definitely need to use this as fuel”

Anthony Davis shared his thoughts on the loss of the Los Angeles Lakers to the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Finals (111-108).

The superstar of the Lakers had 28 points and 12 rebounds in the game, yet the Lakers failed to close out the series.

“We still have to recognize that we’re up in the series, and we definitely need to use this as fuel (for Game 6). We need to win 1, they need to win 2,” Davis said, via Mike Trudell of Spectrum Sportsnet.

The Lakers still lead the series 3-2. Game 6 is on Friday.
