Michael Malone reacted to Anthony Davis hitting the game-winning three-pointer and handing the Lakers the 103-105 win in Game 2.

The head coach of the Denver Nuggets was clearly disappointed, as his team missed a great opportunity to even the series.

“This is the Western Conference Finals. No moral victories, no silverlinings,” Malone told reporters after Game 2, via Mike Singer of the Denver Post.

The Nuggets came back from a 16-point deficit and were up by one, with two seconds to go (103-102). Yet, Davis made the three-pointer at the buzzer and Los Angeles now leads the series 2-0.

Game 3 is on Tuesday.
