Frank Vogel was satisfied after the Los Angeles Lakers’ victory in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
The Lakers took control of the game from the second quarter onwards and cruised to the 114-126 win.
“They definitely picked up the focus and had a strong defensive night after the first,” the head coach of the Lakers told reporters, via Spectrum Sportsnet.
Los Angeles leads the series 1-0. Game 2 is on Sunday.
