Anthony Davis opened up about LeBron James not winning the NBA MVP award for the 2019/20 season.
Davis was disappointed with the result, as he believed James should have won the award.
“He deserves it. It’s not even a question. Year 17 doing what he’s doing. He deserves it. What he’s been able to do for our team, the things he’s been doing individually on a consistent basis, night in, night out, it’s not even a question who deserves it,” Davis told reporters, via Mike Trudell of Sportsnet.
For his part, James was also ‘pissed off’ with the voting results.
