Nikola Jokic shared his thoughts on the triumph of the Denver Nuggets over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 7 (104-89).
The Serbian center posted a triple double (16 points, 22 rebounds, 13 assists) in the game and made NBA history.
“We are just not accepting that somebody’s better than us. We don’t have many superstars. Everybody’s kind of working to get where they’re at,” Jokic told reporters after Game 7, via Mike Singer of the Denver Post.
Denver will go on to face the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals. Game 1 is on Friday.
