Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe is not convinced that Paul George can help the Los Angeles Clippers overcome the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals.
He listed George’s struggles in previous playoff series, saying he is not the guy you can trust. On the other hand, according to Sharpe, the Nuggets led by Nikola Jokic showed that they have a dog in them.
“Paul George, you’re right. Ya’ll are in the driver’s seat, but you’re driving a hooptie and it’s on blocks, you ain’t going nowhere bruh. I really think the Nuggets believe they can beat this team,” Sharpe said on UNDISPUTED.
As for Game 7, he believes that Denver will win it tight contest: “I believe the Nuggets will win a close ball game.”
