The Boston Celtics survived another late thriller against the Toronto Raptors and won Game 7 (92-87) to close out the series (4-3).

Boston advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals, where they will face the Miami Heat.

The Celtics saw the Raptors come back from a 12-point deficit, but stood tall and sealed the much-needed victory in Game 7.

Jayson Tatum led the winners with a game-high 29 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists. On the other hand, Fred VanVleet had a team-high 20 points for the losing squad, but missed the game-tying three-pointer with eight seconds to go.
