Kevin Garnett made his prediction ahead of Game 7 between the Boston Celtics and the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
The former NBA champion picked the Celtics to win the game and the series.
Garnett won the NBA title with Boston back in 2008.
The winner of Game 7 between the Celtics and the Raptors will go on to face the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.
