The Miami Heat are a perfect destination for Giannis Antetokounmpo if he leaves the Milwaukee Bucks, says an NBA executive.
Per the executive, the Heat are the perfect fit for the “Greek Freak”, especially if they eliminate the Bucks in the 2020 playoffs.
“I asked the aforementioned front office executive which team Antetokounmpo might wind up with if Miami goes on to finish this job and create such havoc for the Bucks. “The Heat,” the NBA executive said,” Sam Amick of The Athletic reports.
Antetokounmpo has one more year left on his current deal with Milwaukee. The Bucks can offer him a mega-extension this summer. Otherwise, he will become a free agent in the summer of 2021.
Miami leads the series against Milwaukee (1-0), with Game 2 taking place on Wednesday.
