The LA Clippers advanced to the next round of the NBA playoffs on Sunday, after their win vs. the Dallas Maverick in Game 6.
However, Luka Doncic seemed to be the biggest story of the series and Kawhi Leonard explained why in his postgame interview.
“He’s a great player,” Leonard said, via Bleacher Report. “He battled every minute he was out there on the floor, didn’t back down. Led his team every game and he did a hell of a job out there.”
Kawhi Leonard took over in the fourth quarter hitting consecutive mid-range shots after the Mavericks pulled to within six points with Luka Doncic leading the team forward.
Leonard had an impressive stat line in Game 6 getting his 5th consecutive 30-point game in the series, with the Dallas Mavericks being unable to stop him on the defensive end.
