Kristaps Porzingis opened up about the knee injury he is dealing with in the series against the Los Angeles Clippers.

The superstar of the Dallas Mavericks has missed the last two games of the first-round playoff series and his status for Game 6 is still unknown.

Porzingis believes he got injured in a “contact situation” in Game 1 before he was ejected.

“Per TNT’s broadcast, Kristaps Porzingis thinks his right knee soreness developed because of a “contact situation” in Game 1 before he was ejected,” Callie Caplan of the Dallas News reports.

Game 6 will take place on Thursday. The Clippers lead the series 3-2.
