Paul George made his best performance in the series against the Dallas Mavericks and then commented on the prediction of Shaquille O’Neal.
O’Neal predicted George would finally show up in Game 5 between the Clippers and the Mavericks and would score 27 points.
The superstar of the Clippers went for 35 points in the contest, helping his team crush the Mavericks (111-154).
After Game 5, George told reporters that the NBA Hall of Famer ‘predicted good enough’.
The Clippers regained the lead in the series and are now one step away from the Western Conference Finals (3-2).
Game 6 will take place on Thursday.
