Chris Paul opened up about the loss of the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Houston Rockets in Game 2 (98-111).

The star of the Thunder said his poor performance cost his team the victory, which would enable Oklahoma City to even the series.

“There’s no moral victories. Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, my guys worked really hard and I let this one get away from us. In a regular world, not COVID, not a bubble, we’d be going back home for two games.

We gotta take it one game at a time, learn from this game and hell, I gotta show up. That simple,” Paul told reporters after the game.

Paul finished with 14 points (6/15 shooting, 2/7 from beyond the arc), six rebounds, two assists, two turnovers and a -36 against the Rockets in Game 2.

The Thunder are down 2-0 in the series, with Game 3 taking place on Saturday.
