Houston Rockets guard Eric Gordon will return from injury against the Indiana Pacers Wednesday night and play roughly 20-25 minutes.
Gordon sprained his left ankle in the team’s final exhibition game on July 28 and has yet to play in any “seeding games”.
“It sucked that it happened,” Gordon recently said about his injury. “Just a freak injury that I landed on somebody’s foot and twisted it pretty good. Now here I am, really getting some live work, so I can incorporate myself into the game.”
Gordon will now get the chance to play two games to get back up to speed before playoffs begin next week.
