Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers addressed the media after the team’s loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on the first night of the NBA’s restart in the Orlando bubble.

Rivers said he received numerous messages before the game thanking him and the NBA for coming back to play this season.

Rivers ended his press conference by comparing the amount of time he was kneeling for the national anthem to the police officer involved in George Floyd’s death.
