The Los Angeles Lakers newcomer JR Smith talked about what he is expected to do by his new team. The 34-year-old veteran stressed shooting at a high level and defending.
“They want me to shoot the ball at a high level, defend, and play the way I’m accustomed to playing,” former NBA champion said.
The Lakers will re-start their season with a game against the Clippers on July 31. Before that, they will play three scrimmage games.
