Brett Brown was excited to announce that Ben Simmons will be good to go in Orlando, despite previous tentantive comments that suggested the opposite.

The Australian is not expected to have any restriction in minutes according to Brown, who said no player has tested positive to coronavirus.

“He’s doing a lot better than [previous tentative comments] would indicate. He’s good to go,” Brown told reporters, per Bleacher Report. “He’s put in a tremendous amount of work.”

“We’re going to treat Ben like we maybe would Shake [Milton] or Matisse [Thybulle]. He’s good to go,” he said. “We look forward to watching him with what I’m told is effectively 100 percent health.”

Simmons was sidelined with a back injury back in February, but the NBA season hiatus gave him the time to complete his recovery.
