The Philadelphia 76ers are preparing to play in Orlando, if the NBA season resumes in July, as it was announced a couple of weeks earlier.

The 76ers coach Brett Brown spoke with Sports Illustrated Chris Mannix on Ben Simmons avaliability, if the play resumes.

“My opinion, and this is not confirmed yet, is that we are going to be able to inch him back into this,” said Brown, per Larry Brown Sports. “Is he going to be 100 percent, I don’t expect that. But I think he is going to be available.”

Simmons went down in February with a nerve impingement in his lower back. Due to the unprecedented circumstances that led the NBA to ‘halt” the season in March, the Australian had more time to recover.

The Sixers point guard averages 16.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.2 assists per game this season.
