Blake Griffin was one of the best dunkers in his prime. Players had to pay special attention to him, because they could end up on a poster at any second. When he was getting older, he had to expand his game for his survival.

Instead of banging bodies and trying to go through people, he had to get a jump shot. During his time with the Los Angeles Clippers, he attempted 0.9 threes per game. In his three years with the Detroit Pistons, he has attempted 6.5 threes per game.

Footage of Blake Griffin practicing his pull up game during a Team USA practice with Carmelo Anthony showed up on the internet. Anthony is one of the greatest scorers to ever play in the NBA. Griffin has been able to extend his career because of his ability to shoot.
