LaMelo Ball plays like Jason Kidd, according to Andrew Bogut. Bogut, who is from Australia, was a former first overall pick. Ball is projected to be a top pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. LaMelo Ball has done a lot for Australia. He owns a basketball team there and he played a great season for the Australia league.

LaMelo Ball needs to be great in the NBA next season. Lonzo Ball has struggled and LiAngelo Ball was not able to make it to the NBA. LaMelo will try to save the Ball family from falling into obscurity. Usually the oldest is the one that becomes great and the others follow but it looks like LaMelo has the best talent and will save the family.

Here’s what Bogut said about LaMelo Ball:

“Mainly his playmaking ability. I think when we played him, he seemed to make the right decisions every time down the floor. I think his passing is probably the number one aspect of his game. So I think he’s going to be a pure point guard in the mold of what Jason Kidd used to be, that kind of mold. I don’t see him as a big top scorer, I think he’s more going to be a Jason Kidd, Rajon Rondo type player.”

LaMelo Ball once scored 92 points in a high school game. He has the ability to take over the game and a team that has a top lottery position will want to draft him. It’s all about the fit. Ball is a ball dominant point guard. He will want to score.

A team that has a great defense will be perfect for him. It will be like when Derrick Rose was with the Chicago Bulls. Ball is a piece that can change the make up of your franchise. He has a lot to play for. The Ball family is a proud one and you can tell he wants to be the one to change how people perceive the family.

LaMelo Ball will have to get some more toughness in order to be able to handle the pressure of the NBA. Relying on his whole family will be key.
